Return & Exchange Policy
FUll Throttle has a 30 day return policy. Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For customers to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned in its original packaging.
Please send and email to email@example.com to make aware of the return and for what reason. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will respond to your email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Items being returned to Full Throttle must be returned via shipping pre-paid by the customer. Ship the return using the carrier of your choice. We recommend requesting a tracking code and shipping receipt. Full Throttle is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
